My background...

I began working in public accounting in 1980 for a public accounting firm in San Diego, California.  In 1984 I received my "Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting."  In 1987 I received my CPA license and shortly thereafter I became an owner in the firm. I initially held the position of Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer and ultimately became Vice President of the company.

In 1995 I decided to pursue a life long dream and create my own firm. I have created a progressive CPA firm that is technology based. I utilize a paper-less file storage system and, for the security and convenience of my clients, I have made a client portal available to all of my clients at no cost to the client.


Taxes...

Over the years I have prepared well over 2,000 individual income tax returns and hundreds of business returns including Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and non-profit entities.


Consulting...

For both for-profit and non-profit entities, I have performed extensive business consulting including budgeting, lease versus purchase decisions, internal control studies, feasibility studies, projected and proforma financial statements, etc. And part time Chief Financial Officer duties.



To promote professionalism I am a member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
