SmartVault Client Portal

In order to provide my clients with a safe and secure way to share files with my firm, I utilize SmartVault, an award winning online document storage and secure file sharing solution. Exchanging files using a client portal is far more secure than sending email attachments and this is especially true when the email attachments are not password encrypted. Best of all this process will not cost you anything!

Your private 'vault' in the SmartVault Client Portal provides the following benefits:

  •  You can enjoy access to your files any time via the Internet or your computer or web-enabled mobile device (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, etc.). This puts your data is at your fingertips 24/7.
  •  You can view documents in a browser window without having to download files.
  •  You can print documents directly from your vault without downloading them (if you choose to).
  •  You can download documents that I have sent to you and you can upload documents to send to me.
  • Choose to receive email notifications that will notify you both when I upload files for you or when I have downloaded files that you uploaded for me.


SmartVault provides industry standard security measures such as bank-level encryption, authentication, access controls and auditing to support compliance with GLBA,FINRA,HIPAA and SEC requirements. Activiting your SmartVault account (which is free to you) requires only four simple steps:

1. Navigate to your email and look for an email from me that is an invitation to Smart Vault.

2. Click on the SmartVault Activation Link in the email.

3. Enter you telephone number and your desired password.

4. Click "Create My User."
